Gavin is our Technical Writer at OnScale. He is responsible for OnScale user documentation, namely the Help Center and the Command Reference. Before joining OnScale, Gavin documented banking software and customer service software. Before that, he worked as an editorial project manager in the learning division of a major book publisher, publishing content in apps, e-books and websites, as well as in printed books.
